Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and grow our LAP business in the assigned region. This role involves driving disbursal targets, building strong sourcing channels, and ensuring portfolio quality while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly and annual LAP disbursal targets.
• Develop new business through DSAs, connectors, and direct sourcing channels.
• Create strategies to boost market share and profitability.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to refine business plans.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team for high performance.
• Set clear KPIs and monitor team productivity.
• Conduct regular training and coaching sessions to enhance team skills.
• Build strong relationships with channel partners (DSAs, connectors, builders, etc.).
• Collaborate with credit and operations teams for quality portfolio origination.
• Monitor portfolio health and take proactive steps to minimize delinquencies.
• Ensure compliance with credit policies and regulatory norms.
• Maintain quick turnaround times from login to disbursal and deliver superior customer service.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in sales, with at least 35 years in LAP or mortgage loan products.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.

• Strong understanding of LAP products, credit assessment, and local market dynamics.
