About the Company:

The company has been a market leader in offering a wide range of products and complete solutions catering to individual demands of the Construction & Building industry.


The mainstream range of products being promoted include state-of-the-art machinery for working on aluminium & upvc profiles, panel saws for working on composite panels and architectural hardware for windows & doors, curtain-wall and glazed facades.


What You’ll Do:

 Achieving the Region’s revenue as per targets defined

 Responsible for the Region’s forecasting and sales tracking.

 Key accounts management

 Specification management with facade consultants, profile system, architects, builders - for on-going and upcoming projects

 Marketing activities in the region

 New lead management and conversion

 Distribution management - target monitoring

 Provide quality leadership for the company’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks.

 Managing the region's sales and customer relationships. Works in conjunction with the sales team to ensure attention and growth in the key account segments and promotion of the company’s products

 Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals

 Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that affect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations

 Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base

 Servicing the needs of the existing customers

 Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market

 Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole

 Collecting customer feedback and market research

 Maintain project tracker for follow up of past, present and coming projects.

 Maintain master funnel report.

 This is an individual contributory role. Does not entail a team.


What We’re Looking For:

 Must be B.Tech or from a similar education background

 Must be from the same Industry only.

 Must be based in Chennai

 Must have active contacts with architects, builders, façade consultants, and fabricators.

 Must be open to travel to Pondicherry, Tamil Nadu & Kerala.
