About the Role

Regional Sales Manager (RSM)

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and achieve monthly targets across the assigned region.
• Build and strengthen relationships with

  orthopedic & gynecology doctors, hospitals, purchase departments, distributors, stockists, and chemists

  .
• Establish and monitor

  distribution channels

  to ensure smooth product availability.
• Manage

  billing, stock deliveries, payment collections, and credit control

  .
• Conduct

  CME programs, conferences, product launches, and healthcare awareness initiatives

  .
• Lead

  market research and competitor analysis

  to identify growth opportunities.
• Recruit, train, and manage team members to maximize productivity.
• Maintain accurate

  sales reports, collection reports, stock records, and product usage reports

  .
• Ensure compliance with company reporting formats and policies.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience

  in Pharma Sales, with proven expertise in

  Ortho & Gynecology segment

  .
• Strong doctor connect and established relationships in Mumbai & suburban markets.
• Track record of

  achieving high-volume sales

  and managing distribution networks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
