Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager at Ornima Bakery Ingredients in Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and conducting market research within the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and executing sales strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
• Knowledge of bakery and food industry products is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
