We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop lasting customer relationships. This role involves lead generation, sales conversion, and strategic planning to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through cold calling, presentations, and field visits.
• Identify new prospects and develop effective sales strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
• Regularly report performance data, insights, and customer feedback.
• Manage and expand the client database efficiently.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computers and sales-related technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
