As part of our strategic expansion into North India, we are seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to strengthen our market presence and accelerate growth. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with a proven track record in HVAC sales engineering and a solid understanding of the regional market.You will play a key role in enhancing our footprint, developing long-term client relationships, and securing new business opportunities. Your ability to deliver compelling technical presentations, negotiate contracts, and generate projects for our partners will be central to our success.FabricAir has been pioneering innovative textile-based air distribution solutions for over 50 years, consistently delivering high-quality, energy-efficient HVAC systems worldwide.
Your Role and Impact
As Regional Sales Manager, your mission will be to drive sales in North India by:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Building strong relationships with architects, consulting engineers, MEP/HVAC contractors, and facility owners.
- Identifying, evaluating, visiting, and onboarding new end-users, contractors, manufacturer reps, and wholesalers.
- Delivering technical presentations and demonstrations that highlight our solutions.
- Negotiating and closing deals while ensuring seamless project execution with the Inside Sales team.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records (Pipedrive) for lead follow-up, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Staying current with HVAC industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Who We Are Looking For
You are passionate about HVAC technology and sales, with resilience, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. You thrive on creating results and solving customer challenges.
Qualifications
- B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 5–6 years’ HVAC sales engineering experience.
- Basic AutoCAD knowledge for duct layout and technical understanding.
- Strong knowledge of the North India market and existing client network.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and local North Indian languages.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
