The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will spearhead the company’s channel development
and revenue growth across North India for our product portfolio (Garden Hoses, High-Pressure Hoses, Welding Hoses, Car Wash Hoses).
He/She will be responsible for building a robust distributor-dealer network, driving secondary sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring sustainable growth through strong market penetration and brand visibility.
Experience
● 7–12 years of sales experience in Building Materials / Hardware / Pipes / Plumbing /
Agri Inputs / Welding & Industrial Supplies / Automotive Aftermarket.
● Proven track record of managing distributors and dealers in North India.
● Exposure to channel incentive schemes, trade marketing, and credit management.
Location: Delhi (With frequent travel thoughout the region as per the need of the business)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
