Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement Achieve primary and secondary sales targets for perfumes in the region Design & execute regional sales plans in alignment with company objectives Monitor sales KPIs: Volume, Value, Distribution, Market Share 2. Team Management Lead a team of ASMs, Sales Officers, and Promoters Set monthly/quarterly targets, review performance, and coach team Recruit, train, and motivate the regional sales team 3. Distributor & Trade Management Appoint, manage & review performance of distributors/SS Ensure proper stock, billing hygiene & credit discipline Improve outlet coverage, visibility, and merchandising standards Implement trade schemes and promotions effectively 4.General Trade Drive listing & activation in General trade . Manage local beauty stores, chemists, general trade, or departmental stores Monitor off-take and implement in-store promotions 5. Market Intelligence & Reporting Track competitor activity and suggest strategic responses Analyze region-wise sales trends and consumer behavior Submit timely MIS, market feedback, and sales forecasts 6. Activation & Branding Support Work closely with Marketing to support regional launches, sampling, and events Ensure visibility via POS materials, branding, and promoter performance
