Job Description

1. Social Media Management

Manage daily operations across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Plan and publish content as per the brand calendar and real-time opportunities.
Ensure brand voice and aesthetic consistency across all digital touchpoints.

2. Content Creation & Coordination

Collaborate with design, copy, and product teams to develop high-quality posts, stories, reels, and videos.
Draft engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs aligned to each campaign objective.
Coordinate with influencers and content partners to create content and amplify reach.

3. Community Engagement

Monitor comments, DMs, tags, and mentionsrespond to queries and drive brand conversations.
Engage with audience in real time to foster brand loyalty and sentiment.

4. Campaign Support & Analytics

Support campaign rollouts through timely and creative social execution.
Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, shares) and provide performance insights.
Assist in monthly reporting and content optimization based on performance trends.

5. Trendspotting & Innovation

Stay updated with platform updates, social media trends, and meme culture.
Propose proactive content ideas and reactive moments to boost virality and relatability.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Creative thinking with a strong sense of visual storytelling and copywriting.
Basic reel-making skills is a plus.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.
