Job Title:

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth for our Network Transformation Division exclusively, which includes both Active and Passive Infra business. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in IT solution selling specific to IT Network of Cisco, Aruba, Juniper and others, enterprise customer handling and strong Tier1 OEM relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Drive new customer acquisition and achieve regional sales targets.
Build and maintain CXO-level relationships in enterprise accounts.
Present and position portfolio solutions (Networking, Cloud, Security).
Work with OEM partners like Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, etc.
Manage sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
Conduct client meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations.
Submit accurate sales reports and ensure process compliance.
Including Team management and drive network sales through extended sales arm

Required Skills

7–8 years in Networking & IT solution sales.
Experience selling products from Aruba, Juniper, Cisco, Ruckus, Arista, etc.
Strong enterprise customer network.
Knowledge of Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN, NMS.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Certifications (Preferred)

Cisco / Juniper / Aruba / Arista / Ruckus / Fortinet and others

Preferred Experience

Sales experience in Enterprise , BFSI , Manufacturing and other segments.
Proven track record of target achievement and customer and OEM management
Familiarity with accurate forecasting, Weekly and Monthly Goals, CRM management, GTM planning and action to drive outcomes.
