Job Description

Job Purpose

This position is created to consolidate and strengthen admissions in the STEM vertical. The role involves managing day-to-day admissions activities, driving enrolment targets, and supporting the expansion of STEM through new initiatives and campus opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

1. Admissions & Operations Management

  • Oversee and administer daily footfalls, student inquiries, follow-ups, and closures.

  • Ensure smooth execution of admissions processes and adherence to timelines.

  • Monitor and drive conversion ratios to meet admission targets.

2. Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and motivate the admissions team to achieve individual and team goals.

  • Conduct regular reviews, provide feedback, and ensure productivity across the team.

3. Marketing & Campaign Execution

  • Plan and execute admission campaigns, outreach drives, and engagement activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for promotional material and campaign strategies.

  • Track campaign performance and ensure effective lead generation.

4. Expansion of New STEM Verticals

  • Support and implement new initiatives such as SIAB and other emerging verticals.

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for new STEM campuses.

  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for expansion.

5. Stakeholder Coordination

  • Collaborate with academic teams, marketing, and senior management to align on goals.

  • Maintain strong relationships with partner schools, counsellors, and external stakeholders.

6. Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on footfalls, conversions, and campaign performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, closures, and team performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.

  • 4–8 years of experience in admissions, sales, or business development (education sector preferred).

  • Strong people-management and communication skills.

  • Proven experience in achieving sales/admission targets.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects, including new vertical launches.

  • Good analytical skills and market understanding.
