Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Drive

    secondary sales

    across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
  • Establish, maintain, and expand a strong network of

    Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers

  • Service and strengthen relationships with existing

    Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers

  • Set and execute

    team-level sales targets

    in line with regional goals.
  • Set up and execute

    marketing plans

    for the assigned territory.
  • Design, implement, and monitor

    trade schemes and promotions

    for

    Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports (e.g.,

    opening/closing stock

    , sales, distribution coverage) as per company norms.
  • Continuously work to expand

    distribution reach

    by onboarding new channel partners.

Team Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and train a
