Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

Drive
secondary sales
across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
Establish, maintain, and expand a strong network of
Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers
.
Service and strengthen relationships with existing
Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers
.
Set and execute
team-level sales targets
in line with regional goals.
Set up and execute
marketing plans
for the assigned territory.
Design, implement, and monitor
trade schemes and promotions
for
Super Stockists, Distributors, Wholesalers, and Retailers
.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports (e.g.,
opening/closing stock
, sales, distribution coverage) as per company norms.
Continuously work to expand
distribution reach
by onboarding new channel partners.
Ensure
achievement of individual and regional sales targets
within specified timelines.

Team Management

Recruit, onboard, and train a
field sales team
.
Recruit and train
new team members
to strengthen sales coverage.
Motivate, coach, and guide the team to meet performance benchmarks.
Conduct regular performance reviews and offer
developmental feedback
.
Assign and monitor
individual sales targets
.
Lead by example to ensure professionalism, discipline, and adherence to company values.
Submit timely and accurate reports and share
market intelligence
with management.
