Regional Sales Manager-Housing Finance-Sales

As a Relationship Sales Manager for Home Finance, you will be responsible for managing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Area Sales Managers (ASMs) to drive business volumes across both internal and external channels, including Branch, DSA, and Builder. You will work towards managing sales and distribution through cross-sell and open market channels with a ticket size up to 50 lakhs. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Credit, Legal, Technical, and Product & Ops to ensure business deliverables are met. Your key responsibilities will include: - Sanctioning & disbursement of files per month as per assigned targets - Managing a diverse set of stakeholders, including internal teams, branches, and DSA partners - Meeting HNI clients to explain various products related to Loan against property - Ensuring additional revenue generation through cross-selling & multi-selling of Insurance, CASA, Credit Cards, etc. - Tracking portfolio quality and ensuring it aligns with agreed norms - Being responsible for end-to-end processing of cases and updating customers on the status - Delivering the P&L of the portfolio The qualification required for this role includes: - Proven experience in sales and relationship management - Strong leadership and team management skills - Good understanding of financial products, especially in the home finance sector - Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders effectively If you think you have what it takes to excel in this role, we look forward to receiving your application.,
