Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Drive new account acquisition by generating outbound B2B leads across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, Corporates, and Airline Catering companies.
  • Manage and grow existing key accounts, increasing revenue through strong relationship-building and cross-selling.
  • Work closely with distributors to strengthen our HoReCa supply chain and expand coverage.
  • Identify and develop marketing initiatives to drive institutional sales and enhance brand presence.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in business opportunities.
  • Track competitor activities, identify opportunities for new product development (NPD), and work with management to implement winning strategies.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports for monthly sales reviews with management.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven track record in HoReCa sales, with strong knowledge of buying behavior across restaurants, hotels, caterers, QSRs, and cloud kitchens.
  • Deep understanding of processed / ready-to-eat meat products and the value chain in institutional sales.
  • Existing network of decision-makers (purchase heads, F&B directors, chefs, procurement managers) in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing large contracts and onboarding premium clients (hotel chains, major restaurants, catering firms).
  • Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with chefs and foodservice professionals.
  • Highly driven, aggressive in acquiring new business, not just maintaining accounts.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and create actionable sales strategies.

Minimum 5 years of experience in HoReCa sales in the processed meat / RTE industry
