Role & responsibilities Drive new account acquisition by generating outbound B2B leads across Hotels, Restaurants, Cafs, Caterers, Corporates, and Airline Catering companies. Manage and grow existing key accounts, increasing revenue through strong relationship-building and cross-selling. Work closely with distributors to strengthen our HoReCa supply chain and expand coverage. Identify and develop marketing initiatives to drive institutional sales and enhance brand presence. Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent growth in business opportunities. Track competitor activities, identify opportunities for new product development (NPD), and work with management to implement winning strategies. Prepare and present detailed reports for monthly sales reviews with management. Preferred candidate profile Proven track record in HoReCa sales, with strong knowledge of buying behavior across restaurants, hotels, caterers, QSRs, and cloud kitchens. Deep understanding of processed / ready-to-eat meat products and the value chain in institutional sales. Existing network of decision-makers (purchase heads, F&B directors, chefs, procurement managers) in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing large contracts and onboarding premium clients (hotel chains, major restaurants, catering firms). Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with chefs and foodservice professionals. Highly driven, aggressive in acquiring new business, not just maintaining accounts. Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and create actionable sales strategies. Minimum 5 years of experience in HoReCa sales in the processed meat / RTE industry Why Join Us?
