Existing network of decision-makers (purchase heads, F&B directors, chefs, procurement managers) in the hospitality industry. Strong negotiation skills with experience in closing large contracts and onboarding premium clients (hotel chains, major restaurants, catering firms). Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with chefs and foodservice professionals. Highly driven, aggressive in acquiring new business, not just maintaining accounts. Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends, competitor activity, and create actionable sales strategies. Role & responsibilities Sales Support & Coordination Assist the sales team with daily operations, including preparing quotations, sales orders, and product specification sheets. Coordinate customer inquiries, pricing requests, and order confirmations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and delivery schedules. Order & Inventory Management Manage sales order entry and track order progress from placement to delivery. Liaise with production and cold-storage teams to ensure product availability and timely dispatch. Monitor inventory levels of fresh, chilled, and frozen meat products to avoid shortages or overstock. Customer Relationship Support Serve as a point of contact for customers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction. Support the sales team during client meetings, audits, or product presentations. Documentation & Compliance Prepare export/shipping documents, product COAs, packing lists, and other regulatory paperwork. Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and hygiene standards (HACCP, ISO, Halal, etc.). Maintain product catalogues, price lists, and promotional material. Reporting & Analysis Compile and update sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards. Support management in analyzing trends and customer behavior. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Food Technology, or related field. 4–8 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the meat, food processing, or FMCG industries.
