As the National Sales Manager at KPPL, your primary responsibility is to lead the P&L for the Domestic business across Pan India. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing, you will be based in Mumbai and will play a crucial role in driving the growth of the domestic market, positioning KPPL as the preferred supplier for sustainable packaging solutions. Your key focus will be on developing and executing a national sales strategy to expand into new markets, achieve aggressive revenue targets, and increase market share. This will involve identifying and onboarding high-value clients within Large Format Modern Trade, Hypermarkets, QSRs, Food Delivery companies, janitorial companies, and distributors. Building strong relationships with key industry players and decision-makers will be essential, along with representing the company at national trade fairs and exhibitions. In addition to sales growth and expansion, you will be responsible for monitoring sales performance, forecasting market trends, optimizing pricing strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team. Your role will also entail P&L responsibilities to ensure revenue and margin targets are met. Extensive travel may be required to fulfill the demands of the role. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Graduate degree along with an MBA/PG in Sales/Marketing (preferred) and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in international B2B sales, particularly within the specified industries. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are crucial, and prior experience in the packaging sector would be advantageous.
