Regional Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We’re looking for a result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in North & South Kerala. The ideal candidate will have strong FMCG experience, team management skills, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies
• Lead and guide Area Sales Managers and Sales Officers
• Drive distributor management and market expansion
• Monitor sales performance and analyze KPIs
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Identify new market opportunities

Requirements:

• Graduate in Business/Marketing (MBA preferred)
• 7-12 years (at least 2-3 years in a similar role)
• Strong FMCG experience, especially in channel and team management
• Analytical, goal-oriented, and good with data & reports
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and sales tools
• Willing to travel extensively across the region

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹42,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
