Role & responsibilities

  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve regional targets through effective strategic planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the FMCG industry, focusing on general trade channels.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to increase market share and revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in FMCG Sales or General Trade channel sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievements through effective team handling and strategic sales planning.
  • Strong understanding of the local market dynamics in Jodhpur region.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
