Regional Sales Manager-Emerging Corporate-Kolkata

As a Sales Manager, your primary role is to drive sales and ensure business targets are achieved for your area. Your key responsibilities will include: - Responsible for P&L and Portfolio growth of Corporate business for the Region. - Identifying new Business opportunities and Building business in large Corporate space. - Achieving Budgetary number in terms of NII, Fee income & Portfolio size. - Team Management. - Supporting & Developing Debt Syndication and Advisory practice in the corporate Space for the region. - Networking and building Market intelligence Capabilities for the region. - Optimizing team productivity by effectively managing the team of sales managers to assure achievement of team results and maximize profitability of the region. - Aligning with the team on ground lead generation activities for Sales. - Leading and supervising the sales teams for the implementation of the growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation, and deployment strategies. - Managing team size by recruiting quality resources and grooming them from time to time in presentation and selling skills. - Adopting Sales Digitization tools and effectively implementing the same with the teams. You should be a Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline to be eligible for this position.,
