As a Commercial Vehicle (CV) Finance Regional Manager, you will be responsible for the Profit & Loss and Portfolio growth of the CV Finance business within the region. Your key tasks will include identifying new business opportunities, achieving budgetary goals, managing the team, and building market intelligence capabilities. You will need to optimize team productivity by effectively managing the sales managers to ensure the team's success and maximize profitability. Developing customer onboarding channels, providing inputs on policies and processes for customer service, and liaising with support functions for portfolio quality are also part of your responsibilities. Leading and supervising the sales teams, recruiting quality resources, and implementing sales digitization tools will be crucial for the growth agenda.
