Regional Sales Manager (Electronics Sales)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to immediately take charge of all operations, sales, and P&L performance across ourBusiness. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader who can drive market share growth and ensure operational excellence across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

I. Strategic Leadership & P&L Oversight

• Develop, communicate, and execute regional business strategies that align with company-wide sales and profitability goals.
• Manage the regional budget, analyze P&L statements, and implement cost-control measures to maximize financial performance.
• Analyze regional market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.

II. Team Management & Development

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Area Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Representatives.
• Set clear, measurable performance targets (KPIs) for all direct reports and hold teams accountable for results.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and continuous training to ensure a high-performing, customer-focused team.

III. Operational Excellence

• Ensure rigorous compliance with all company policies, operational standards, quality control measures, and legal regulations across all sites.
• Conduct regular site visits and operational audits to monitor performance, product presentation, and team efficiency.

Act as the primary communication link between regional teams and corporate headquarters.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
