We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
Prepare and post journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow and prepare reports on financial performance.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., GST, TDS, income tax, etc.).
Handle payroll processing and related entries (if applicable).
Assist in internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
Maintain asset registers and depreciation schedules.
Coordinate with vendors, banks, and other financial stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of accounting experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards (e.g., GAAP or IFRS).
Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting tools.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
