Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager located in Pune. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations within the region, developing and implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and leading a team of sales representatives. The role also includes building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing regular sales reports to senior management.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience at least 8-10yrs in Sales Management and Business Development in Pune (Maharashtra) location
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in a similar B2B industry is a must
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Salary will be no bar foe right candidates
  • immediate joinee will be preferred
