Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager for New Business Development, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth by reactivating inactive key accounts and business chains across different regions. It is essential for you to have a strong background in modern trade and preferably experience in home or lifestyle categories. Key Responsibilities: - Reactivate and grow business with inactive modern trade accounts and chains - Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories - Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and buyers - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver category-relevant solutions - Track performance and report progress regularly Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of experience in modern trade sales - Preferably from a home/lifestyle/furnishings background - Proven ability to manage key accounts and drive new business - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Willingness to travel as needed Please note that the job offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and performance bonuses.
