Job Title: Regional Manager – Modern Trade (Home Décor)

Role Summary:

Drive regional sales through Modern Trade by managing SIS (Shop-in-Shop) counters, hiring and leading store staff, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining brand standards across key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets for the region and for each SIS counter.
• Hire, train, and manage store staff/promoters across MT stores.
• Maintain strong relationships with key MT accounts and store teams.
• Ensure planogram adherence, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
• Monitor stock levels, sales trends, and coordinate with SCM.
• Track competition and share insights for growth planning.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Sales/Marketing (MBA preferred).
• 6–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in Modern Trade.
• Experience in staff management, target tracking, and retail execution.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹950,000.00 per year
