Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Drive business
and achieve sales targets for the allocated region.
Nurture and maintain relationships
with channel partners to ensure business growth.
Supervise and assist
channel partners to ensure the smooth function of business processes.
Manage and lead
a team of Sales Managers to conduct business in a valued manner for the organization.

Required Candidate Profile

Experience:
Extensive insurance industry experience is required, with significant time in a team-handling role.
Track Record:
A history of excellent performance and success is mandatory.
