Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions and will be responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the companys products meet customer needs. The role demands a blend of technical knowledge and strong sales skills to effectively present, promote, and sell IT hardware solutions to businesses and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities and potential customers for IT hardware products.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales opportunities by reaching out to potential clients via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering customized IT hardware solutions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in IT hardware.
  • Demonstrate and present IT hardware products to customers, either remotely or on-site, ensuring that the features and benefits are clearly communicated.
  • Understand customer requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their specific IT infrastructure needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the technical and support teams to ensure successful delivery, installation, and configuration of IT hardware solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales and a good understanding of business-to-business sales processes.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT hardware solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present products and solutions to customers.
  • A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in IT hardware or sales (such as Cisco, CompTIA, or others) are a plus.
