Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager for Track & Trace Solutions, Pharma SAAS, and Vision Solutions in the South region, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales in the pharmaceutical sector. You will be based in Hyderabad and report to the Zonal Sales Head for India. Your key responsibilities will include achieving annual sales targets of 10 Crore + through strategic planning and execution. You will be expected to build and manage relationships with key accounts, hunt for new logos, and acquire competitor accounts. Field visits to pharmaceutical companies across South India will be a crucial aspect of your role, constituting approximately 70% of your travel time. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction will also be essential. Additionally, maintaining accurate records and updates in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, will be part of your routine tasks. To excel in this role, you must hold an engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Optics, or related fields. A minimum of 8 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry solutions, is required, with an MBA being an added advantage. Your strong network within the pharmaceutical industry, especially with mid-to-senior management in South India, will be instrumental in your success. Proven sales track record of 10 Cr+ annually, particularly in Track & Trace projects, Vision systems, secondary pharma packaging machinery, and software solutions, is highly desirable. Fluency in Telugu and English is a must, with knowledge of other languages considered a plus. Ownership of a vehicle and willingness to engage in extensive field travel are essential for this role. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce will be beneficial in fulfilling your responsibilities effectively.,
