Job Summary:

  • We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Regional Business Manager (RBM)

    to lead and manage sales operations across Delhi, Mumbai, Maharashtra, and Gujarat regions for our

    Wound Care Division

    . The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the wound care or surgical segment, strong leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and motivate a sales team to achieve business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of

    Area Sales Managers / Business Executives

    across assigned territories.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual

    sales targets

    for the wound care product portfolio.
  • Develop and implement

    regional sales strategies

    to drive market expansion and brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with

    key doctors, hospitals, distributors, and healthcare professionals.

  • Conduct

    regular field visits

    to monitor performance and ensure effective coverage.
  • Identify and develop new

    business opportunities

    within assigned territories.

·         Mentor and train team members to improve their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall performance.

  • Monitor and analyze sales data, competitor activities, and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure timely reporting, adherence to company policies, and compliance requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education:

    Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences; MBA (preferred).
  • Experience:

    Minimum

    4 years

    in the

    wound care / surgical / medical device

    segment, with at least

    2 years in a team-handling or regional role.

  • Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Target-oriented with a strategic and analytical approach.
  • Ability to mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions.

Compensation:    ₹6.00 LPA – ₹9.00 LPA
