We are seeking a seasoned Sales Head to lead and scale our secured lending portfolio. The role involves end-to-end ownership of sales growth, channel development, branch expansion, team leadership, operational coordination, product inputs, and performance analytics. The incumbent will play a key role in driving sustainable growth while maintaining portfolio quality and compliance.
