🚨 We're Hiring: Collection Executive – Chennai | Digimoney Finance


Collection Executive


🔹 Job Role:

  • Follow up with customers for EMI/loan repayments
  • Visit customers in person for collections (field work)
  • Negotiate repayment plans if needed
  • Keep accurate records of collections and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams for escalations

    • 🔹 Requirements:

    • 1–2 years of experience in NBFC or loan recovery
    • Must be willing to travel for field collections
    • Good communication and negotiation skills
    • Basic understanding of loans and repayments
