Job Role: Sales Head

Location:

Rajni Intimates Corporate Office, New Guddadahalli, Mysore Road, Bangalore

Reporting To:

Bhanu Pratap Singh (Founder) & Jitender Singh (Proprietor)

Role Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Sales Head to lead our offline sales team and expand our retail distribution network across Karnataka and beyond. This role requires strong retail operations expertise, people management skills, and the ability to build a high-performing sales culture, and driving structured processes to propel our fast-growing lingerie brand.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Distribution:

- Build, manage, and expand the retail distribution network across Karnataka.

- Ensure consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.

- Identify new territories, onboard distributors, and strengthen retailer relationships.

- Create action plans to push low/medium-selling SKUs into high-volume sales.

2. Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives.

- Establish a culture of discipline, performance, and accountability.

- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the sales team.

- Monitor performance and ensure consistent reporting.

3. Operations & Process:

- Introduce structured reporting systems (sales tracker, payment follow-ups).

- Ensure timely collections and reduce outstanding payments.

- Standardize in-store branding and retailer visibility.

- Coordinate with warehouse and operations for smooth order fulfillment.

4. Brand Development:

- Work closely with management to position Rajni Intimates as the go-to mass lingerie brand.

- Implement retailer engagement programs to build brand loyalty.

- Provide insights from the market to shape product development and pricing strategies.

Candidate Profile:

1. 7+ years of experience in sales/retail operations, preferably in lingerie, undergarments, or apparel.

2. Proven track record of team leadership and territory expansion.

3. Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.

4. Ability to build systems and processes from the ground up.

5. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada required.

6. Based in Bangalore, with willingness to travel extensively.

Compensation & Growth:

1. Fixed monthly salary: ₹50,000 in-hand (negotiable based on experience).

2. Performance-based incentives tied to sales growth and collections.

3. Clear growth path: Karnataka → South India (Andhra, Telangana, Tamil Nadu).

4. Long-term potential for higher leadership roles and profit-sharing models.
