Position: Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head

Location: Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan
Industry: Industrial Automation / Smart Infrastructure

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Regional Sales Manager / Sales Head to join our leadership team and drive growth in a key region.

This role will oversee overall business performance — including sales, support, revenue, contract administration, and profitability — while ensuring alignment between market demands and internal operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a robust sales strategy and business plan to promote CIMCON Software’s automation solutions.
  • Manage sales operations across the assigned region, focusing on revenue growth and profitability.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; adapt strategies to strengthen CIMCON’s regional market share (specifically across Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan).
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, conduct regular reviews, and ensure consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead-generation initiatives, including campaigns, trade shows, and roadshows.
  • Participate in government tenders and craft winning strategies.
  • Conduct direct sales meetings and manage channel partners, educating them about CIMCON’s offerings.
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally to improve service delivery and product alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Production, or Automation preferred); MBA is a plus.
  • 10–20 years of experience in enterprise/solution selling within Industrial Automation.
  • Proven track record of working with Public Sector Units, Government clients, EPCs, and OEMs.
  • Experience in the Water Segment is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and execution abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
  • Hands-on knowledge of automation systems and industrial instruments.
