Job Description

Job Title: Regional Sales Executive (B2C) – Telecom ISP

Job Summary: The Regional Sales Executive (B2C) is responsible for driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across multiple territories within the assigned region. The role focuses on leading sales activities targeted at residential customers, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistent achievement of B2C broadband and internet service sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new residential customers for broadband and related services.Plan and execute area-wise sales drives, door-to-door campaigns, roadshows, and local promotional activities.
  • Identify potential residential clusters, societies, and new housing projects for tie-ups and bulk sales opportunities.
  • Generate and manage a strong pipeline of leads through direct visits, references, and local networking.
  • Achieve regional B2C sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with local residents, society management committees, and key local contacts.
  • Coordinate with installation and customer support teams to ensure timely delivery and activation of services.
  • Train and guide on-ground field sales promoters and executives when required.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide feedback for improving plans and offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, leads, closures, and customer feedback.
  • Submit regular sales reports and performance updates to the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 2–5 years of experience in direct B2C sales, preferably in the telecom/ISP, DTH, broadband, FMCG, or consumer services industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local market and residential customer needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively within the region.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple territories.
  • Proficiency in local language(s) and basic computer skills.
  • Two-wheeler with valid license preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
