Regional Sales Business Manager - MEAL

As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager in the automotive industry, your primary responsibilities will include driving overall volume and market share while ensuring authentic and correct market information flow to all stakeholders. You will be expected to devise actions based on root cause analysis, monitor dealer profitability, and oversee manpower productivity and adequacy. Additionally, you will be leading a team for respective states and providing timely insights to Marketing and Sales Planning, with a focus on Go-To-Market strategies. In terms of customer experience, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end customer centricity and satisfaction, handling escalations, and overseeing customer engagement practices. You will also play a key role in ensuring process adherence and implementing corrective action plans at the state level. Your functional skills should include the ability to drive business, particularly in channel sales, as well as a good understanding of product technicalities. On the behavioral front, you should be adept at handling ambiguous situations, learning from past experiences, taking ownership of delivery and teams, understanding the premium customer segment, forming and managing relationships with peers and channel partners, and displaying high resilience. With over 13 years of experience in Channel Sales, Customer Experience, Auto products, Business Management, dealer, and team handling, you should be well-versed in the automotive industry. A background in Auto is a must, with preference given to experience in Auto EV, which is directly correlated with time to productivity and success. Your educational qualifications should include a BE/B. Tech degree along with an MBA. As a Sales and Customer Experience Manager, you are expected to meet these general requirements to excel in this role.,
