Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
  • Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience influencing executives, managers and sellers both in and outside Google.
  • Ability to understand and adapt to the motivations of different stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to take ambiguous topics, and present them in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional boundaries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and people management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills on ambiguous problems.

About the job

In this role, you will help to scale our Measurement product solutions across India by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will work with a group of internal and external stakeholders, influence executive business stakeholders and work cross-functionally to direct the product activation go-to-market strategy for Google Customer Solutions (GCS) business programs. You will lead the activation of Measurement products for customers' goals. You will advocate for the needs, opportunities, and gaps that GCS customers experience with our product teams. You will equip promoters with the right knowledge, resources, market insights, and tools to drive customer success and product adoption growth.

You must have an understanding of our product portfolio across all ad products: Performance, Video, Measurement and Shopping and specifically proficiency in driving Measurement and Attribution products and solutions. You must develop narratives and Go To Market solutions around our key OKR's and drive them. You should be able to tell a great story in the market that helps advertisers and agencies think of our products as a must-have. On top of that, you will have the ability to simplify and visualize concepts to present to executive stakeholders and decision makers. Most importantly, you need to be able to influence internal and external stakeholders (e.g., GPLs, Gtech, Sales, Vendor Teams, Agencies etc.) to adopt and support these initiatives through effective communication and influencing skills, and collaborate across teams to be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with sellers and customers to identify opportunities associated with potential business growth and develop holistic measurement solutions for their business and marketing challenges.
  • Identify and build knowledge about the typical measurement solutions used by customers and agencies, and develop Google positioning for the market.
  • Advise customer partners on methodologies for marketing and media analytics, measurement and attribution. Help customers navigate industry standards and alternatives.
  • Work with Sales and Analytics teams to interpret, analyze and contextualize results of different Google measurement solutions. Partner with sales to effectively position Google results against the client's marketing objective as well as competitively drive conversations about growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Global Product and Sales Activation (PSA) to identify key challenges to unlock growth and develop scalable solutions across industry challenges and roll out such solutions in the region.
