Regional Outreach Manager

As an Outreach Manager (Regional) at MIT Vishwaprayag University, your role will involve working closely with K12 schools in Maharashtra to enhance engagement and brand visibility. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing productive engagement with K12 schools through activities such as faculty training, counselor workshops, and student visits to the University. - Planning brand building and marketing activities at educational fairs. - Utilizing knowledge of CRM for effective lead generation both online and offline, with a focus on meeting targets. - Conducting counseling sessions for marketing coordinators and school students to understand their key requirements. - Organizing engagement activities and events, and actively counseling students during such events. - Maintaining MIS, creating daily reports, and sharing trackers with the leadership. - Providing education counseling to students to help them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. - Collaborating with schools, colleges, and the Outreach team for coordination and support in various tasks. - Managing databases relevant to marketing and outreach. - Working in coordination with all departments to ensure smooth functioning. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA Degree in Sales and Marketing. - Proven experience in Academic Institutions for a minimum of 5 years. - Outstanding interpersonal skills. - Good written and verbal communication abilities. - Excellent organizational skills. - Enthusiastic team player with a proactive approach. - Ability to deliver presentations to a large number of students. - Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
