1. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistent and efficient processes
2. Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to identify areas for improvement3. Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability4. Plan and execute event logistics on-site.11. Manage client interactions during event execution to ensure satisfaction.12. Utilize CRM tools effectively to maintain records.13. Display high levels of accountability and responsibility.14. Open to feedback and willingness to learn15. Work well with others, do what is needed to achieve a common goal.16. Internal focus, desire and self drive to succeed or learn from past mistakes improve17. Collect and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement18. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing key performance indicators19. Assist in making data-driven recommendations for process enhancements20. Participate in the development and implementation of streamlined processes21. Identify and propose solutions to operational challenges22. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives23. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination24. Support project teams in the implementation of new processes or initiatives25. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment26. English Domestic Average communication skills27. Prepare and present daily MIS reports.28. Conduct competition analysis to identify trends and improve event quality.29. Resolve any operational issues that arise30. Excellent time-management, problem-solving and decision-making skills31.
