Job Description

Principal Accountabilities

Develop and implement regional Annual Operating Plans at a brand wise level across different verticals by :-

Understanding consumer, contractor and dealer motivators by co-ordinating with the National Insights team
Translating categorywise / brandwise national AOPs to regional execution plans by co-ordinating with Marketing Managers
Developing a 3 month rolling calendar of Consumer, Contractor, Dealer and Painter activation for implementation across various trade channels through which products and services are sold, in concurrence with National Channel Marketing Manager.
Activation Elements include.
Trade Visibility (Semi Permanent) & Permanent ( V.M )
Colour Collateral Availability
OTCs for Consumers / Contractors & Painters
New Product Launch Activation Implementation
Regional consumer activation to drive consideration for Dulux Cluster brands.
Responsible for micromarketing activities at DDCNs, and providing SOP for visibility & merchandising elements to be put up at DDCNs
Responsible of roll out of brandwise marketing innovations to regional sales team at a monthly and monitoring execution by the Sales Team.
Marketing activities for Modern retail (DDC) - conceptualization and execution
Executing trade marketing plans for other channel members (eg OTC etc)
