Regional Manager/General Manager Sales for Lab Equipment

You will be responsible for Business Development, Opportunity identification, New customer acquisition, New channel partner acquisition, Tendering, Keep track of latest tenders issued, Manage tendering process, Attend tender meetings, Tender MIS reports, Revenue tracking, Customer segment and product group wise revenues, Principal wise revenues, Collections, Accounts receivable management, Follow-up, Service including Pre Sales Services, Post Sales Services, Product service, Customer complaint handling, Customer relationship management, Key customer relationships, Team management, Managing Sales team to achieve targets, Team monitoring and motivation, Functional role training, Ensuring on time and accurate reporting, Method Development for Repetitive Activities, Reports and MIS analysis. Qualifications required for this role include: - B.Sc./Diploma holder /B.E /B.tech in ECE, EEE, EIE The company is looking for a candidate who is Good in analytical and business process skills, Negotiation Skill, Result oriented and achievement driven, Knowledge of commercial terms, Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, Independent and able to work effectively under pressure, and Willing to travel.
