Location Name: Delhi - Pitampura Job Purpose “This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” Deputy National Manager Underwriting will be responsible to Monitor the day to day sanctions across all branches in Region, Review the underwriting process and team management. Duties And Responsibilities PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) Ensuring compliance of the Credit Policy and processes within TAT Checking client’s eligibility for the loan and his/her credit worthiness by looking at the other loans advances taken and payment history. Drive the Productivity on the Floor and help Business to achieve the targets on monthly basis Processing of file and checking the customer profile and categorizing it into low, medium and high risk. Monitor portfolio on regular basis. Training of Credit Managers on regular basis. Liaison with RCU /L&D and to Conducting workshops along with on misses on policy and Fraud Triggers MAJOR CHALLENGES (Challenges faced on an on-going basis in carrying out the job) Centralized Shop Workshop PAN INDIA volumes gets processed DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) Decide on the approval/rejection of logins. Maintain quality of Portfolio and Decisioning of Files INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work Business stakeholders, OPS, Collections, COE teams & HR Partners: To understand & drive business, drive training coverage to team members and provide feedback for system development.
