Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Manager - Technical Sales - Food Ingredients, based in Ahmedabad. The individual will be responsible for overseeing technical sales operations, managing client accounts, providing technical support, and driving business growth in the designated region. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, delivering excellent customer service, implementing effective sales strategies, and ensuring satisfaction through accurate and timely resolutions of client queries. The role will also involve collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales strategies, focused on the food ingredients or related industries
• Skillful in Account Management and Customer Service, with a strong client-oriented approach
• Experience in providing Technical Support to address customer needs and troubleshoot issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
• A degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Prior experience in the food ingredients industry is an advantage
