Key Responsibilities: Client Partnership & Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for existing school clients, ensuring delivery of promised academic, operational, and marketing services. Build long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups, performance tracking, and solution-oriented support. Business Development & New Client Acquisition Identify, approach, and pitch services to potential clients including struggling schools and new school promoters. Conduct need assessments and present customized consulting solutions for school transformation or setup. Attend and represent the company at regional education forums, expos, and events. Academic Consulting Guide schools on implementing an effective academic structure, curriculum alignment, and teacher development plans. Coordinate with academic delivery teams to ensure implementation fidelity and measurable learning outcomes. Marketing & Branding Support Consult partner schools on local marketing strategies, brand positioning, and admission campaigns. Support in building digital and offline lead generation plans customized to school needs. Construction & Infrastructure Consulting Coordinate with internal teams provide Guidance to new school promoters in planning school infrastructure in compliance with regulatory norms and optimal learning environments. Liaise with internal architects and vendors for layout planning and execution. Required Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Education/Management/Engineering or related field. 610 years of experience in K-12 education consulting, school leadership, franchising or edtech business development. Proven track record of managing multiple school stakeholders and driving business growth. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
