Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at Ricardo Elevators, your roles & responsibilities will include: • Achieve Regional Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set for the region. • Team Handling & Leadership: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales executives and area managers. Provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations. • KPI & Performance Management: Monitor day-to-day key performance indicators (KPIs) of the sales team to ensure goal alignment and productivity. • Lead Management & Conversion: Oversee lead generation and qualification processes to ensure efficient lead-to-revenue conversion. • Pressure Handling & Decision Making: Handle high-pressure situations with effective problem-solving and timely decision-making to ensure sales continuity. • Regional Sales Operations: Take complete responsibility for the sales performance, customer acquisition, and business development within the assigned region. • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration and expand customer base in the assigned territory. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success and customer satisfaction. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, service, and product teams to align regional sales initiatives with broader organizational goals. • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.
