Serve as the primary point of contact for all key accounts.
Understand customer needs, expectations, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular meetings, business reviews, and joint strategy discussions with clients.
Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability from key accounts.
Identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to protect and grow business.
Develop and execute account-specific business plans and growth strategies.
Set short-term and long-term goals for key accounts.
Forecast sales volume, revenue, and demand planning for key accounts.
Work closely with internal teamssales, supply chain, marketing, finance, regulatory, and service support.
Ensure smooth order execution, billing, delivery, and tender participation.
Coordinate product availability, pricing, and supply consistency for key customers.
Identify relevant tenders, evaluate technical and commercial requirements.
Prepare, submit, and follow up on tenders and rate contracts.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with key institutions and stakeholders.
Resolve customer complaints, operational issues, and product-related concerns promptly.
Ensure high service standards and seamless customer experience.
Support key accounts with product training, demonstrations, and field activities when required.
Track account-wise sales performance, stock situations, and secondary sales trends.
Provide weekly/monthly business updates and dashboards.
Analyze gaps, opportunities, and risks for each key account
