Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Senior executive/assistant manager

First preference will be given to candidates with experience in commercial project management and commercial logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Operations Support:

Assist in executing commercialization strategies for new and existing pharmaceutical products.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, marketing, and sales, to support product launch objectives.
Manage relationships with key supply chain stakeholders, including contract manufacturers, starting material suppliers, logistics partners, and testing laboratories.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and operational challenges to provide actionable insights.

Product Launch Management:

Support end-to-end product launch activities to ensure timely and successful market entry.
Assist in developing launch readiness plans, ensuring alignment across departments.
Track launch progress against established KPIs and success metrics.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to resolve operational issues.

Operational Excellence:

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales operations, demand forecasting, and pricing strategies.
Support the implementation and management of data analytics platforms and other relevant technologies.
Provide operational support for continuous process improvements.

Stakeholder Management:

Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure operational alignment.
Provide clear and timely reports to senior management on operational performance and launch progress.
