Regional Manager - Mumbai and Pune

Role Overview: You will be responsible for team handling and maintaining P&L accounts of branches. You will need to perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their requirements. Building and maintaining positive business relationships with clients will be a crucial part of your role. You are expected to reach out to large customers through data mining and develop referrals from existing accounts. Your main focus will be on developing new business opportunities with the team to acquire new large and big accounts. Additionally, you will need to expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders is essential. You are required to analyze the territory/markets potential, competition products and services, and track sales reports. Driving collection and keeping DSO days in control as per AOP will also be part of your responsibilities.
