Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Fatehabad And Hissar for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations in the assigned region. Key tasks include developing and implementing regional strategies, managing staff, monitoring product distribution, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Regional Manager will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Experience in team management and leadership
Strong skills in developing and implementing strategic plans
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in market research and analysis
Ability to manage and oversee product distribution
Knowledge of agricultural products and services is a plus
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
Ability to work independently and on-site in Hissar, & Fatehabad
