Regional Manager

As a Regional Manager at our company based in Ernakulam, you will be responsible for overseeing gold loan operations across all branches within the assigned region. With 7-12 years of experience in the gold loan industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring strict compliance with RBI guidelines, internal audit policies, and SOPs. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
